A few things to know before you arrive

We want your stay at Villa Lotus Heaven to be everything you hoped for. These guidelines exist to protect the villa, respect the neighbourhood, and ensure every guest arrives to a home in perfect condition.

Occupancy: The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Please let us know in advance if your group size changes after booking.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 12:00pm noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request depending on the schedule — just ask and we will do our best.

Quiet hours: Out of respect for the neighbourhood, we ask guests to keep noise levels considerate after 10:00pm. The garden and terrace are yours to enjoy — evening BBQs and outdoor dining are very much encouraged.

Smoking: The villa is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor terrace.

Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Events and additional guests: The villa is a private residence, not an event venue. Gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted without prior agreement.

Pool and garden: The pool is unsupervised. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of children at all times. The garden and pool area are for the exclusive use of registered guests.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required at check-in and returned within 7 days of check-out subject to the condition of the property.

Respect the space Villa Lotus Heaven is someone's home. We ask guests to leave it in the condition they found it. Our cleaning team will take care of the rest.
